Ontita Godwiny Onyancha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from Moi University as well as a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the bar on 12th May 2022. He is an associate in the firm’s litigation department.

Mr. Ontita has wide experience in negotiation, prosecuting, and defending claims arising from road traffic and industrial accidents. He has the skills to strategize, negotiate and successfully represent clients. He is experienced in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents. Furthermore, he has immense experience in recoveries under subrogation and declaratory suits for insurance companies. Also, he has wide experience in land law and all conveyancing-related transactions including perfecting securities for microfinance institutions, banks and other financial institutions.
