The Litigation Department provides legal services to our diverse Clients before Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, Environment & Land Court, Employment and Labour Relations Court, Magistrate Courts, Tribunals, and various committees.

We handle land related disputes, enforcement of breach of fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Constitution, judicial review and Succession matters.

The Firm also undertakes negotiation, prosecuting, and defending claims arising from road traffic and industrial accidents, recoveries under subrogation, and declaratory suits for insurance companies. We also undertake debt recovery both secured and unsecured debts for financial institutions both Banks and Microfinance Institutions, SACCOs, private companies, businesses, and individuals. The firm also represents various clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

The department also handles probate and administration matters.
