Ms. Oteko holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B, Second Class, Honours, Upper Division) from the Uganda Pentecostal University. She was admitted to the Bar on the 6th day of February 2020. She is an advocate in the Firm based at the Meru Branch office.

Ms. Oteko’s main areas of practice are Civil and Commercial Litigation; Insurance and Employment Law. She has also handled various matters relating to Succession/Inheritance (Probate and Administration) causes as well as Matrimonial causes.
