Mr. Kiruki holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar on 2nd December 2011. He is the Managing Partner and is in charge of the firm’s commercial and conveyancing department. He has handled various matters in civil and commercial litigation and has completed various real estate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Kiruki’s main areas of practice are Real estate transactions, land law and all conveyancing related transactions, Banking law including perfection of securities on behalf of Banks, Micro-finance Institutions, and other financial institutions, Civil and Commercial Litigation; Procurement, Commercial Arbitration; Constitutional and Administrative Law; Commercial Law; Insurance and; Legal Consultancy; Legal and Compliance Audit and Legal and Regulatory Reforms.

2010: Postgraduate Diploma in Law, Kenya School of Law.

2009: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), University of Nairobi.

2007: Certified Public Secretary.
