Mr. Kayika holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar on 20th December 2011. He is the Senior Partner and in charge of the firm’s litigation department.

He has been involved in the resolution of commercial and civil disputes in various courts and tribunals as well as handling arbitration matters.

Mr. Kayika also has wealth of experience in debt recovery.

He has wide experience in negotiation, prosecuting, and defending claims arising from Road Traffic and Industrial Accidents.

Also, he has immense experience in recoveries under subrogation and declaratory suits for insurance companies. He also has wide experience in the fields of Judicial Review and Constitutional and Human Rights litigation.
